Merry Christmas!!!!!!!!!

Merry Christmas everybody. This is definitely my favorite time of the year! I'll be at my Grandma Vickie's for a Christmas party this weekend and I'll be back by Monday evening!

Logan Trip!!!!!!!!

I am very excited to go to Logan with the Snow Canyon Basketball Team and being apart of it! Last time I went to a 5 hr plus long bus trip was my Freshmen year! We face Sky View and Mt. Crest and we are going to kick the heck out of them! Lately I've been taking the ACT and I am not loving it at all!

Sadies!!!!!!!!!

Sadies was a blast to the Moon!!!!!!!!! Whitney Wittwer was totally amazing. I was so happy to go with her and all the fun we had together. I'm sad that it's over and I truly wish it wasn't. If only we could do it again. Huh, where's a time machine when you need one. It was fun making caramel apples, playing games, going to Kennedy's Cabin, then having dinner at Megan Chalmer's House was delicious. We had pasta, and caeser salad. Then the dance was fun but my throat started getting sore but that didn't stop me!

Oh my Gosh!!!!!!

For the fifth year in a row, our volleyball team are state champions! It's so amazing!!!!!!! How often does this happen? Not often at all I imagine. It's just sad that this is my senior year and I might never get to see this again and I'm sure the Senior varsity players feel more sad. Hopefully they got scholarships to play in college. I love these girls. Not only are they amazing athletes but they are also very kind and fun to be around. I really wish I could've gone and seen the game but unfortunately nobody invited me to go with them, but at least I had a date last night to make up for it.

Class Ratings and Why!!!!!!

The semester is less than halfway over! And I thought I'd tell you how much I love my classes. I'm going to rate them from 1 to 5, 1 being bad, and 5 being totally awesome! I'll also tell you why I rated them what I did!

Here they are!

Aerospace Science I I give a three! It's not bad! I like the stuff we're learning about and Sargent Thomas is very entertaining, but can be a little intimidating, plus a lot of the students are not too nice but Colonel Whicker is very nice and I respect him!

Social Dance I I give a 4! This is one of my favorite classes. I have a lot of great friends in this class, plus I love too dance. The only flaw I can think of in this class is when I have to dance with someone I don't get along with or just doesn't want to dance.

Seminary I give a 5! This class is as good as it gets. Spiritual thoughts, best friends, a break from the natural world, etc. Plus Sister Jordan's words or Wisdom really encourage me to stay on the straight and narrow. She's definitely one of the main reason's I look forward to going to Seminary!

Special Ed Intern I give a 4.5! I love this class cause one day, hopefully, I'll be a Special Ed Teacher. This really drives me closer to my goal!

Individual Lifetime Activities I give a 5! Oh, boy this class! The one class that all I have to do to get a good grade is have fun playing sports! I have a lot friends in this class also! Coach Gough really has a great taste in games! Always fun!

Sports Medicine I give a 2! I've never really enjoyed this class too much! A lot of stuff we're learning I learned in Human Bio! I love Coach Kittrell and my classmates. It's just the course itself I don't enjoy! Plus the class can do a better job at being quiet during announcements!

Myths and Folklore I give a 4! This class has very interesting information! I love learning about Myths. Plus in this class, I get to sit by one of my best friends in the whole world, Presto Root! The only thing I'd change is all the home work we get, but that's OK with me!

Financial Lit. I give a 3! This class isn't very fun to learn about but it's probably my most important class cause it teaches me about the dangers about Credit, spending, and taxation and how to deal with them. This could help save my life!!!!! Plus my friend John Richmond makes the class entertaining!

10: Yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!! There's not many things in this world that can beat my love of Snow Canyon High School! I'm full of joy here, I always call it my Home away from home. Unfortunately I'm a Senior and I'll be graduating after this year. Hopefully if I'm a special ed Teacher in my future, I'd work here. That would be very lucky. I love coaching the students here too and the school dances and clubs are jsut the bomb. Being a Snow Canyon Warrior is the greatest thing that's ever happened in my life! I don't know what I'd be right now if it weren't for this school! I love you Snow Canyon High School!

UPay!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've taken a vacation from my blog for a bit and now I'm back! These past few weeks were great! I got to be in the Mr. Warrior Assembly which I SANG the Spirit of Radio! Not Lip Singed! The microphone didn't work for some reason! It was fun though. Chander Moore won! The day after, I went to UPay with McCall Smith! She was so fun and so nice. We made T-Shirts which is the one you see in the picture, we went to Jimmy Johns for dinner and Tori Gates had some of the best salsa I've ever tasted! In just two weeks is Sadies with Whitney Wittwer! I'm so excited to go with her and I hope you all have a Happy Halloween!!!!!!!

Just the first Tuesday of October, Dane and Alex got struck by lightning. I was just 30 feet from the accident and it was one of the scariest moments of my life!

Just Last Week, Going Second came over to my school, Snow Canyon High! They performed and were awesome! I hope someday I get to go to a real concert but the cool thing is I got a CD from them and they all signed it! My favorite song by them is California! It's such a cool song! Two Dates in Two Days!!!!!!!!!

You know how in UPay, you're supposed to tag someone and yell UPAY!! and if she/he doesn't tag you back within two minutes she/he has to pay but if that person tags you within the two minute mark, you have to pay!
Well, just yesterday morning, before school started, I tagged a very cute girl named McCall Smith! I stuck a sticky note to her back and told her to read it! Once she read it she screamed TAYLOR!!!!!!! and I had to end up running for my life! I felt like Shaggy and Scooby Doo! I managed to beat her to it so McCall will be paying and I'm so excited!
But that's not it! Just Today, Whitney Wittwer asked me to Sadies! I went to JROTC first period, and when I came back to SCHS to go to Social Dance, Amy Harris came up to me and gave me a note with Sunglasses attached to it! It said: "Taylor! I think you are one of the coolest kids in School! Will you go to Sadies with Me?" and underneath it, it said: "You will receive a clue of who I am in 3rd period!! Whitney was one of my top suspects this past week! So when lunch came I hung out with a good friend Grayson Pemberton! We talked about his girlfriend and how good this apple soda was and stuff like that! Than when I went to Third Period which was Seminary, on my desk was beads, a stuffed basketball, a bottle of Gatorade, and another note!!! This note said: "Clue: I'm tall, have brown hair, and LOVE to play basketball!" After reading that I thought and thought and I was sure it was Whitney Wittwer, but I still thought hard! Then when I went to 4th period, there was this bag of candy and inside it was another note!! This one said: "TAYLOR! I hope you are as excited to go to sadies together as I am! Love, Whitney Wittwer! When I read that I screamed with excitement! I couldn't believe it! In two days, I got two dates for two different dances!

My friend of the week this week is Kira Bott! AKA Ro-Bott Girl! She was my date at homecoming and she was the Awesomer-Awesomest!!!!!! I'm really going to miss that day! Kira is such a cool girl, it's awesome! She is also the first female Friend of the Week! Mine and Kira's favorite thing to do together is go to games and just talk about the game and whatever we feel like!

For friend of the week this week, I'd like to announce it's Presto! Preston Root! We hung out a lot this week, off roading, sleep-over, Mario Kart Wii, and tons of other stuff. It's no contest this week! Presto and I have been friends since freshmen year! We met when we were on the basketball team! He's a great basketball player and an even better friend to have! A few days ago, I asked a very awesome girl to homecoming! I've wanted to take her since last year, but now I've finally got my chance! I am Strongly Considering Joining the Tennis Team!!

The other day, I played some tennis with some of my awesomest friends! Morgan Flynn, Riley Pearce, Cameron Cox, and Genny Daly! We played quite a few doubles games! Everytime I was in, we won! It was Boys Vs Girls! I began to feel that maybe tennis is the one sport I can become very successful in! Murphy gave me my own tennis racket and he strongly believes I should join the tennis team in the spring! Since then, I've strongly considered joining the tennis team! Murphy and I are gonna practice twice a week and I am confident in my abilities to go all the way in Tennis!!!!!!!

I Dream of Homecoming!!!!!!!

Last night I dreamed I was in homecoming royalty! It was a sweet dream but at the end, I didn't get voted King! Ever since Sophomore year, I've wanted to be in at least homecoming royalty! It probably won't happen, but if it did, I'd be really psyched about it!!!!!!!!

My favorite classes so far!!!!!!!!!!

1. Seminary

I love this class cause I love learning about the gospel, I enjoy Brother Dahl, he's so cool plus the seat I sat in today, I was surrounded by girls like Brooke Merrill, Lexie Esplin, and a lot of other cute girls!!!!!! I was in the center of the girls. Brady Berryessa and I are buddies and he's also in that class! I hope Brother Dahl doesn't change the seating arrangement cause I love my seat!

2. Social Dance

The reason I love this class is simple, I LOVE TO DANCE!!!!!!!!! There's line dancing, I love dancing with the girls like Adrianne Beagley, Amy Harris, Cecilee Horlacher and others! I have great friends in there like Wyatt Thompson, JP Neilson, and Harrison Schram!!!!!!!!!!! Plus my teacher is awesome, Mrs. Valantine, Dani Valantine's mom!

3. Individual Lifetime Activities

I love this cause I love too play sports!!!!!! Plus unlike last year, this year I have a whole bunch of friends in this class! Brad Wood, Morgan Flynn, Harrison Schram, Tanner Smith and a whole lot more friends!!!!!! It's going to be much better than last year's class! No friends who wanted to really fight for the win but this year I have friends I know will do what ever they can to beat me and I'm excited for that!!!!!!!

In other classes I have a bunch of friends like Presto, Ben "Gottsomeskill" Gottfredson, Brayden Linde, Shaileen Stephenson, and Square(Cooper Robinson)! So there it is, I have an awesome schedule! I also love that there's no Math or Science in my schedule!!!!!!!!!!

Rush Concert was AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

August 14, 2010 I went to see my favorite band Rush along with Robert and my Step bro Cameron Andrus! It was probably the most awesome night of my life!!!!!!! My favorite songs they did at the Concert are: Time Stand Still, Spirit of Radio, Freewill, BU2B, Subdivisions, Tom Sawyer, Red Barchetta, and Presto!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Rush was on fire at the concert! Neil Peart the Drummer looked as strong as ever at the dreams and it was awesome to watch him, Geddy Lee was so energetic, and he was funny at times, and Alex Lifeson was awesome with the guitar! It's amazing how they all are over 60 years old and they seem as strong as ever! Geddy Lee is not normal! How does he sing so good and so high at 62? I don't know but it sure is awesome!!!!!!!! I so wish you guys were all there! You all would've loved it! I didn't get home till 3:30 in the morning so I was pretty tired when I got home but it was worth the late night drive!!!!!!!!!!! Rush will always be my favorite band and I'm very, very, very, grateful to have gone to the concert!!!!!!!!!!

Friend of the Week!!!!!!!!!!

Friend of the Week this week was not an easy decision too make since school has started!!!!!!! There were a lot of people I could have given this honor to but I'm gonna have too go with Brad Wood!!!!!!!!!!!! He is so friendly and is the president of the Key Club!!!!!!!!!! He's also one of the many friends I have who are excited for me to go to the Rush Concert!!!!!!!!!!! Our favorite thing to do together is probably just hang out, talk about our experiences and on occasion hang out with the Ladies and do hot tubbing, Joke around, etc!!!!!!!!! Brad is a great friend for anyone too have and he really is cool and is very funny!!!!!!!!!!!

I am glad to announce a new friend who is definitely worthy for my friend of the week! His name is William Pruitt and we met in ROTC and he was like my leader through the whole camp! The reason he's my friend of the week is he really encouraged me to face my fears and he was helping me out every step of the way! I don't know him quite as well as most of my friends yet but I'm still glad to give him this honor as friend of the week! Most of us just call him Will!

I'd like to announce my friend of the Week and his name is Nick Gubler! He's cool, caring, and fun! But the big reason I'm honoring him as friend of the week is he actually called me twice asking if I'm alright when my house flooded and 3 consecutive nights we hung out, had smoothies, played a story game and we went to a do nothing day at Meghan Derricks house together with Kaden Barber! I think our favorite thing to do together is just talk and play games!

Only Two Weeks till Rush!!!!!!!!!!

I'm going to go see Rush, my faorite band, in Las Vegas on August 14th. It will be played at the MGM Garden Arena and I'm so excited! There opening song will be the Spirit of Radio which is awesome cause I've always wanted to hear that while actually being there. They're playing a bunch of other great songs like Subdivisions, Freewill, Red Barchetta, 2112, and much more! They're also playing new songs that haven't even been released on CD yet like BU2B, Caravan and more! Neil Peart the Best Drummer in the World according to my book, Alex Lifeson electrifying guitarist, and Geddy Lee as the Bass Player/ Lead Singer! This is going to be so great! I so can't wait. It's not only my first concert but it's my favorite Band. In this picture from Left to Right is Alex Lifeson, then Neil Peart, and Geddy Lee! All three are amazing musicians! They're out of this world!

Not too long from now, there will be no Tim Duncan!

Coach Gregg Popovich has been with San Antonio for 20 years and has been head coach for 14 of them! During that time, the Spurs have captured 4 championships and only the Lakers had more during that time. They had 5 with there last championship just last season and of course Kobe Bryant was the finals MVP! The Spurs own the league's longest active play off streak at 13! In the 2005-06 season, the Spurs had 63 wins but last season they only had 50! With Tim Duncan now at 34, and Manu Ginobili at 33, time is the Spurs enemy right now! In a few years, these two will be gone! Then what will happen to the Spurs? I personally think the Spurs won't be championship contenders any more but they will rebuild and soon they'll be active play off contenders! Tony Parker is still active at 28 but I think he's the most likely one of the Three Amigos who won't finish his career in San Antonio! I hope Tiago Splitter does good this year! I'd like to see the Tim Duncan and the Spurs get at least one more championship but I'm not getting my hopes up!

Spurs New Player Revives hope for another championship!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Spurs have recently signed Tiago Splitter! A 6'11" 234 lb. Center who played for other leagues before coming to the NBA! He was the Spanish League MVP and there are headlines saying he has revived hope for another championship for the Spurs! So he's supposed to be really good and I hope what he did in the spanish league, he'll put as much or more at the AT&T Center!!!!!!!!!! Don't let me down Tiago Splitter, you've already got a true Spurs fan who can't wait to see how you do!!!!!!!!!!!

FOR MY BEST FRIEND OF THE MONTH I would like to honor Ben "Gottsomeskill" Gottfredson! Him and I have hung out with each other more than anyone else this summer and he's always let me get involved with everything he's doing if he can! Not only do we hang out a lot but he's also very caring! He's as good as friends come!!!!!!!!! If there was a best friend of the summer, he would also win that! We've hung out so much this summer! It's been great!

Ben and my favorite things to do together is probably basketball, watching movies, going on double dates, and just hanging out! Doing these things make Ben and I happy! We both have a great sense of humor and we're always trying to make people laugh. Making people laugh is one of the very things that brings us pure joy! LeBron seems destined to give Big Z a ring!

Zydrunas Ilgauskas now goes to the Heat along with LeBron James, and Chris Bosh! Along with Dwyane Wade, the Heat are going to be an extremely tough match-up! Zydrunas is destined to get a ring along with LeBron James it seems like! Dwyane Wade like I keep saying is my favorite eastern conference player and now with these other guys joining the Heat along with him, Miami Heat games are going to be very fun to watch! I'm excited to see where this ends up at!

One Digit Number

One Digit Number is my Bros band with J.J. at Bass/Vocals, Brennan at Guitar/ Vocals and Cameron Andrus at Drums/ backup Vocals!

They have been playing for over a year and a half and they've played quite a few gigs! They play Mostly Rock and Alternative (They've played sixteen different songs so far, but some of them haven't really worked out!) My favorite song to listen to them play is How Far We Come originally by Match Box 20! It's fun to listen to them and every other weekend they rock out in my Mom's basement! I believe someday they'll be very successful if they keep working and working to achieve their dream!

Dwyane Wade, LeBron James and Chris Bosh all on one team!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dwyane Wade has been my favorite Eastern Conference player for a while and now he's teaming up with the King himself, LeBron James!!!!!!!!! It just blows my mind that these two amazing players are teaming up! Now the question is, will they be Championship Contenders or will it just turn out to be a big upset!

My prediction, they're going to be very tough to beat and if they do get beat it would never have been an easy challenge!!!!!!!!!! I'm so excited to see how this works out!!!!!! Maybe my Miami Heat T-Shirt won't be such a shame to wear anymore!!!!!!!!!!!

LeBron James to make Final Decision!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's still not known where LeBron James will be headed! BUT, Thursday at 7 on ESPN, LeBron is going to announce his decision in a one hour special! Hope you all watch it!

If you want my thoughts of where I want him, it most likely won't happen but I'd love it if he joined Chris Bosh, and Dwyane Wade on the Miami Heat. Imagine how dominant the Heat would be with all three of them. They'd be unstoppable!

Free Agency!!!!!!!!!

Hooray! My favorite player in the East, Dwyane Wade is sticking with the Miami Heat and he is TEAMING UP WITH CHRIS BOSH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm not so happy about Amare Stoudemire leaving the Suns and going to the Knicks for a $100 million five year contract but maybe this means the Suns will get someone else good!

The San Antonio Spurs by far are my favorite team! I love the team colors, I love the Jerseys, I love the name, I love the players and the coaches, and they have my favorite player, Tim Duncan! People always ask me, if Tim Duncan retires, who will your favorite team be? My Answer: San Antonio Spurs Forever! They've had great NBA legends like the Iceman George Gervin, the one who invented the finger roll, The Admiril David Robinson, and they have the 4 time NBA champion Tim Duncan( The Big Fundamental) I will always love this team. I coach it, I play it, I study it, I collect it, etc. I am a huge basketball freak. My new favorite Major League Baseball player, Stephen Strasburg plays for the Washington Nationals. He is the pitcher from San Diego State. He is just a rookie but already has 32 strikeouts in his first 3 games as a starter! An MLB record! I sure hope he goes to the All Star Game July 13th. He is a right hander, 6'4" 220 lbs. John Walters: The awesomest Dad around! He is my true Earthly hero! His favorite football team is the New York Giants, is a huge fan of Harley Davidson and he works so hard and he'll still hangout with us when he can!

Jennifer Andrus: The greatest mom I'll ever have. She can be pretty dorky sometimes but so do I. It kind of runs through the family!

Maddi is such a cool girl! Her and I are good friends but we haven't hung out enough to call us best friends! But that can change!

The San Antonio Spurs Starting Power Forward/ Center, is a two time NBA MVP, A four time NBA Champion and was crowned the finals MVP in three of those four Championships! Went to Wake Forest for college and got a degree in psychology and was born in Christiansted in St. Croix of the U.S Virgin Islands!

Preston Root: Probably the first best friend I made at Snow Canyon! He is such a great example to me! He cares about me, he makes me happy, and he is funny and once in a while will be kind of dorky but I like that! His Nick name is Presto or Agent P!

Brynley Anderson: The awesomest girl out there! Everytime I see her, I feel happy! She is so amazing that I can't get enough! She calls me her best friend and that makes me happy! To go to her Blog its seriouslysmile.blogspot.com. I really appreciate her and am jealous of John Shumway because he has the perfect girl!

Morgan Flynn: Huge Red Sox fan! We call him Murphy and I'm telling you he is funny! He is awesome and I really look up to him!

Brayden Linde: Another one of my players! Just like Ben, he treats me like a coach! He invites me to do stuff with him. He is quite a player actually. Everytime he has a girlfriend and loses her he gets a new one! I don't know how he does it! I still haven't thought of a nickname for him!

Kira Bott: A great girl. I never call her Kira. I always call her Ro-Bott girl! She is so friendly and really caring! She is everything you'd want in a friend!

Sarah Gunn: AKA Gunner is another great girl. She made me so happy when she asked me to Sadie's. We had so much fun their. I couldn't believe she asked me. She was the Women's Representative on Exec Council last year, she holds many track records, she won athletic awards, she is beautiful and wow she was a complete package! What did I ever do to deserve her as a Sadies date! She was so awesome and I'll miss her!

Kaleb Hurst: Another great friend of mine who graduated! We still call eachother once in a while. We traded cards, we went to Senior Ball in the same group and I'll tell you it was awesome. Great Athlete Hurst was. He was a great basketball player and a brilliant catcher on the Snow Canyon baseball team!

Dwain Schallenberger: AKA Coach D. When I was a freshmen, he coached me and not only was he a great coach to me, also a great friend. We ended up coaching the Freshmen team for two years together but now he coaches AAU. He is married to Justine Jolley. A gorgeous human being. I miss these two but on occasion we'll talk on the phone!

Madison Harrison: I asked this girl to Senior Ball and she was gorgeous in her dress I'll tell you that! I didn't regret one bit to ask her to Senior Ball! She stuck with me and she was so friendly! She was Brayden Linde's former girlfriend!
